Anodized Plating
The Anodized plating department at our Phoenix facility offers a wide variety of processes to meet the demands of both aerospace and commercial applications.
These processes include:
- Type I Chromic anodize
- Type II Sulfuric anodize
- Type III hard anodize
- Chem-film
- Teflon© impregnation
We also have the process capabilities to produce 200 and 2000 series alloys using pulse and reverse pulse rectification. Our facilities, which can accommodate most color applications, have the capacity to process thousands of parts every day.
